Erde started a new pilot project - a 5 store multi-unit project constructed by the technology and with the elemnts of Nudura Corporation. The project has started in 2009. The investor of the innovation project is Erde Ltd. The appartments of the 5 store building are already 50% sold out. The residential unit is located in one of the oldest part of Sofia-city - "Ovcha Kupel" municipality. The building is in close proximity to the "Old Public Bathroom" and the "New Bulgarian University". In the region there are 9 school and 5 libraries, as well as one of the oldest football clubs in the country with a 30,000 stadium. The municipality is 6 km away from the City centre.
The building is being constructed according to the best technology of thermo-insulation and quality control.
